START HERE FIRST: To begin monitoring your Internet service and provider, create a user account. Once activated, install our software agent or order a hardware agent. Additional details will be provided.
FOR MOBILE USERS: While you can sign up with your mobile phone, you'll need to install our agent software on a desktop PC, laptop, server, or compatible embedded device.
ACTIVATION EMAIL: If you don't receive your activation email, try whitelisting the domains: outagesio.com, and unrealmachines.com. Send an email to noreply@outagesio.com, and noreply@unrealmachines.com with subject 'whitelist'. If issues persist, contact your email provider to acknowledge these domains as legitimate services.

OutagesIO provides Internet connectivity troubleshooting solutions in the form of software which we call the agent. The agent software is by Echo Networks LLC and can be installed on PCs and servers running Windows 7/8/10, Linux, ARM and other embedded devices. The agent is optionally available on a small hardware device for those that do not or cannot keep a PC/server running 24/7.
OutagesIO does not offer Internet access services, nor does it alter or change Internet services in any way. OutagesIO does not track personal usage, only the performance of the Internet service and provider, meaning, the connectivity. Please review our privacy statement.
All efforts are made to ensure that services are continuously available. You hold Echo Networks LLC free of all responsibilities in cases where this cannot be done. You agree not to hold Echo Networks LLC responsible for any damages, loss of revenue, or any other losses resulting from outages, errors, omissions, inaccuracy of data or any other event or condition relating to use of this service.
